EDIT June 3, 2009: WOW, I mean..just. Wow, guys. I never thought I'd get such an amazingly positive response over this stamp! I just want to let you all know I read every single one of your comments you guys took the time to leave me, I just get so many every day now for it I don't always get the chance to reply. I want you all to know I really, really appreciate all this wonderful feedback I get and that I'm SO grateful for the DD as well as all the publicity this stamp has gotten. I dunno, I just felt like Deviantart...needed this, because I see so much hate, disrespect, and rudeness filtering about we need to remember why we're here, and what it means to be a part of Deviantart.

We're not here for buttpatts and being the one with the most pageviews, you're supposed to be part of this place because you want to grow and progress as an artist, and you want to share your love of art with others.

I'm just sad to say people tend to go in the opposite direction, and treat it as more of a "burden" than something they enjoy doing. I've seen some behavior from people towards other artists and their fans/watchers that just seems...so unnecessary, so I'm here to help spread a little awareness and respect.

If we can all remember that there is a person on that other computer, somewhere else in the world, we might just remember to humbly appreciate everyone here a little bit more, no matter how many pageviews we have. :)

Oh so very true. Admittedly, I'm guilty of using "kawaii" quite a bit, but I don't use it on every single comment when I think something's cute. What I'm mostly sick of is all the pageview crap. dA's about the art, people, not the popularity! ><
