Commissions; My Rules.
A Little Information. You can probably figure out what I draw, which is why you wanna commission me. Look in my gallery if you don't know what, and draw a general conclusion of what's "Acceptable" in my views and what's not. If in doubt, just ask.
I take money through paypal only, and I will do digital commissions at the moment. Please see bottom of the page for the limit of open slots for each type of commission. (sketches, base colored, etc.)----------------

NOTICE!!: Because I strictly use Paypal, I will have to ask you to include a very small tax fee with your commission due to the fact that my Paypal removes an amount ranging from $1-15 depending on how much the commission is. I will decide how much tax I'll have to ask you to include based on how much the commission is. Just so you get an idea, here's about how much the tax is for certain amounts of payments through my Paypal. You can check for yourself so you understand I'm not cheating you out of your money.
$12-20 Commission would equal: no tax fee, money amount is too small.
$21-25 Commission would equal: about $1-$1.50 tax fee, give or take a few cents.
$29 and Up Commission would equal: range of $2.50-$10 tax fee, depending on just how much the commission is.

Commissions; The Method.
1. Note me here on Deviantart with the following form filled out:
Basics
Your Name: (Username on DA or Real Name)
E-mail for Paypal: (Paypal email you'd use to transfer the money)
Commission Type: (Tell me if you're wanting full-bodied or a bust, detail-colored or simple, bg or no bg, etc.)
Price: (Give me the price it would be after adding it up; it's not too hard)
Character No.: (How many characters will I be drawing?)
Brief Idea: (Give me one or two sentences on what you'd want me to draw; a basic idea.)

Commission Details
Character Name: (Self-explanatory, type their name here.)
Age: (Give me an age or the age they look; this is very important.)
Gender: (Male/Female/Other?)
Height: (This is very important for me to know if I'm doing a full-bodied.)
Phys. Description: (Hair, Eye-color, skin color, freckles, markings, scars, body-type, etc.)
Clothing: (What type of clothing do they wear? Visual photograph references are greatly appreciated. *try Corbis or Google)
Composition: (What do you want to be happening in this picture? Specify any poses/expressions/postures/etc. you want to see.)
Notes: (Anything else really important you think I should know for the commission.)
References: (You must give me at least one drawn reference, or I can't draw them. If possible also include a photo reference for their face so I can properly convert it to my style. If you can't get a photo reference, that's fine, but your commission won't be as adequately done, just so you know.)
2. If you filled out the form correctly, and I want to do it, I'll just note you back with a quick affirmation, as well as my payment policy. (I will not start the commission until the money is received. It keeps me from being scammed.) DO NOT SEND ME ANY MONEY UNTIL I HAVE CONFIRMED THE COMMISSION. Once you've sent the money, I will start on the commission as soon as I can.
3. If your commission is a detail-colored painting, then I will send you a pre-sketch before I start painting to affirm if you like it. Any other type of commission (sketches & base-colored) do not need a confirmation. If there is a serious problem with your sketch or base-colored commission, I will easily fix it for you. Otherwise, however, I will only show a pre-sketch for detail-colored paintings and higher.
4. When the commission is completed and I send the high-quality to you via E-mail, Note, or wherever you'd like me to send it to you, please LET ME KNOW if you do not want me to upload it to any of my personal art galleries online. If you do not say anything, I will assume you're okay with it and upload it to my gallery for viewing.

Rights Notice
As a paid commission, the artwork you receive is your property to use as you wish, however this does not allow you the rights to claim it as your own artwork. The artist henceforth still retains some copyright to the artwork, as the creator. Purchasing an artwork commission is no different than going to the store and buying a CD or movie; just because you bought it does not give you the right to say you made it. You can do whatever you like with it otherwise, but the artist still remains the creator of the composition. Please keep this in mind! Thank you.
